Meet Jaana
Jaana Woodbury is an author, speaker, ministry leader, and recovery advocate whose life was radically transformed after overcoming addiction and encountering the love and grace of Jesus Christ. A devoted wife and mother of four, Jaana's family was featured in the Emmy Award-winning Sesame Street documentary series Parental Addiction, which brought national attention to their story and provided a platform to advocate for addiction recovery, mental health awareness, and family healing.
Since then, Jaana has become a recognized voice in the recovery and faith communities, partnering with state and national initiatives focused on addiction awareness and treatment access. Her advocacy work has included Tennessee's anti-drug coalition, You Are Not Alone, as well as national campaigns with Shatterproof, where she has served as a Junior Board Member and advocate for improving treatment resources for individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.
